Job Overview

Performs the tasks necessary to inspect the coach in a specific area or discipline on the actual assembly line in a timely manner. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Must be capable of using a variety of tools for sustained periods of time to perform quality audits
  • Must be able to interpret and understand drawings, Bills of materials and other verbal and written instructions, clearly communicate issues across value streams to solve issues. Communicates effectively.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with other teams, supervisors and managers to solve issues. Take action to get things done and work well with others.
  • Identify and report errors when found on Prints and Bills of Materials
  • Work with other members of the assembly process to complete coaches within the allotted time frame. Demonstrates the ability to understand customer needs and prioritize work as needed. Focuses on the customer
  • Demonstrates the ability to takes ownership of the tasks performed, suggesting improvements to the process and acknowledging errors in workmanship. Owns the work
